Digital Products
Digital products such as source code, templates, and e-books are non-refundable once the file is downloaded or access is delivered.
A refund is only granted if the file is corrupted and cannot be fixed by our technical team within 3x24 hours.
Software Services
Down payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
Partial or pro-rata refunds only apply if cancellation is made before coding begins, or if we fail to meet the agreed scope of work.
Claim Procedure
Refund claims can be submitted via WhatsApp at 08112841999 or through the message form on the About page by including your purchase proof or project details.
The estimated refund processing time takes 3 days starting from the date the claim is approved.
